We had exceptional service with ParkSleepFly! The hotel was comfortable and the staff helpful. We only waited a couple minutes, for the shuttle, on our way to the airport. I called, for the shuttle, while waiting for our bags and they were waiting for us as we exited the airport. I will definitely recommend and us this service again!

Hotel staff was terrific! They were helpful, friendly, and prompt in both delivering us to and picking us up from the airport via their shuttle service. The breakfast was great and was ready promptly at 6:00 allowing us to eat before our early morning flight!

We were informed the shuttle ran 24/7, however when we arrived around midnight after a 5 hour drive, we were told there is no shuttle at the time of our flights. They told us we would have to find other transportation at 4am. The front desk lady that night was very apologetic and assured us this was not a new problem, it happens often and that we can bring our receipt back after our trip of our Uber/lyft and we would be fully refunded. We ended up getting an Uber that cost us half what the room cost. Once we returned from our trip we were informed by other staff that we would not be refunded and it was our problem to figure out. They were not very kind about it either. I felt embarrassed and humiliated the way they spoke to me. I booked this place because the website has a little side mark that said 24/7 shuttle, I definitely would not have booked otherwise. Now the shuttle bus driver on our way back to the hotel after our trip was the kindest and sweetest older gentleman. He was so friendly and very helpful-only good thing about this whole experience.

We were a little disappointed to discover that the shuttle stops by 10pm as our return flight didn't get us back into MSP until 12:22am. The hotel was worth the extra $40 taxi ride though. Friendly personnel, a great breakfast bar, accommodating housekeeping (we'd asked for a late checkout and they were very understanding about it). After nearly a month of parking our car battery was too weak to overcome a sudden cold snap. One of the employees gave us a jump start so we didn't have to wait for AAA for an hour and we were on our way. Will definitely use this property next time!

This is the second time we have used ParkSleepFly. The hotel and parking accommodations did not disappoint. The hotel staff was super friendly. Due to our early flight in the morning, we were going to miss breakfast service, so the hotel clerk gave us a "To Go" bag of food and goodies for the morning. The drivers for our shuttle service were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely choose the Holiday Inn ParkSleepFly again!

We were told the shuttle would pick us up from the airport. We called and the gentleman at the front desk was very rude informing us that it wasn’t running now??? We ended up getting a taxi, that was appreciative for the job as the hotel certainly wasn’t. Won’t recommend to anyone nor stay there again
